Chapter Methodology:

1) change the title from Chapter Methodology to Chapter Analysis Methodology

2) Find the lit that use any social science method in Computer Science.

3) Find literature from HCI , using GT.

Analysis:

1) Write the process and the small model

2) Write 3 process low, basic, high or novice vs expert or no filer, spring cleaner or frequent filer .

3) Come out with the big model

4) Compare and contra with all the model.

5)Compare and contra with the earliest model.

6) Alert with the process methdology.

Good discussion and idea.
